When you sign in, your session token is stored in your browser so you stay signed in between pages and visits. Clearing it signs you out. These are strictly necessary for a logged-in account and are removed when you sign out.

We store small local preferences on your device, such as whether call sound effects are switched on. These stay in your browser and are not used to track you.

Poof does not currently run third-party analytics. No analytics or product-measurement cookies are set today. If that changes, the tools will be listed here: [ANALYTICS TOOLS PLACEHOLDER].

Poof does not currently run advertising or marketing cookies. If we ever enable them, they will be listed here — [MARKETING TOOLS PLACEHOLDER] — and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.

Because only essential and preference storage is in use today, there is nothing optional to switch off inside Poof. You can still manage storage in your browser:

• Clear cookies and site data for this site — this signs you out and resets local preferences.
• Block cookies for this site — sign-in will stop working.
• Use private or incognito browsing, which clears storage when you close the window.

If we add optional cookies later, we will provide an in-product control and, where the law requires it, a consent banner.
